USER AGREEMENT

This Agreement defines the terms and conditions of use of the materials and services of the site www.aviacenter.events (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. The use of materials and services of the Site is subject to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2. This agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Site the user is deemed to accede to this agreement.

1.3. The Site Administration may at any time unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement. Such changes shall take effect upon the expiration of 3 (three) days from the date of posting of a new version of the Agreement on the Site. If the user disagrees with the changes he is obliged to refuse access to the Site, discontinue the use of the materials and services of the Site.

1.4 In order to improve the quality of services the Site Administration reserves the right to collect views and feedback of Users on various issues. The collected views and reviews may be used to generate statistics that can be used in the services of the Site. Feedback left by a User using his account on the Site may also be posted by the Site Administration with or without indicating the name of the User.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. The User agrees not to undertake actions that could be seen as violating Russian law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions which cause or may cause failure of the Site and Site services to operate normally.

2.2. Use of materials of the Site without the consent of the copyright holders is not allowed (article 1270 of the Russian Civil Code). For lawful use of the site materials, you must enter into contractual agreement with the Copyright holder.

2.3. When citing material from the site, including protected copyrighted works, a hyperlink to the Site is mandatory (subclause 1 of clause 1 of article 1274 of the Russian Civil Code).

2.4. Comments and other records of the User at the Site must not conflict with the legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.

2.5. The User is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained at the Site.

2.6. The user agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible for and has no direct or indirect obligations to the user in respect to any possible losses or damages arising out of or related to any content of the Site, registration of copyright and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external web sites or resources or any other User's contacts, which he/she entered using the information located at the Site or links to external resources.

2.7. The user accepts that all materials and services of the Site or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertising. The user agrees that the Site Administration does not assume any responsibility and does not have any obligations in relation to such advertising.

2.8 When registering at the Site the User agrees to provide accurate and complete information about himself/herself on the issues proposed in the registration form, and keep this information up-to-date.

2.10 User's personal information contained in the personal account of the User is stored and processed by the Site Administration in accordance with the terms of the Privacy policy.

2.12 The User alone is responsible for compliance of the content of hosted User content to requirements of the current legislation, including third-party liability in cases where posting by the User of certain content or its content infringes the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, including personal moral rights of authors, other intellectual property rights of third parties and/or infringes on their intangible benefits.

2.13 The user is entitled to use the services of the Site in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

2.14 The User can at any time change (update, supplement) the information provided or part of it, by editing the registration information in the personal account. The user is entitled to delete his/her account from the Site by contacting the following address: events@aviacenter.org

3. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1. All possible disputes arising out of this Agreement or related to it shall be settled in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. Nothing in the agreement may be construed as establishing between the User and Site Administration agency relations, partnership relations, joint operation relations, employment relations or any other relations not directly stipulated in the Agreement.

3.3. The recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement invalid or not enforceable does not affect the validity of the other provisions of the Agreement.

3.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in the event of a breach of any of the provisions of the Agreement by a User does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate action in the later protection of their interests and protection of copyright for the materials at the Site protected in accordance with the legislation.

3.5 If the user provides incorrect information or the Site Administration has reason to believe that user-provided information is incomplete or unreliable, the Site Administration has the right, in its sole discretion to block or delete a User account and refuse a User any and all use of the Site and its services.

3.6 The user is obliged to immediately notify the Site of any unauthorized (non-authorized by User) access to the services of the Site using the User account and/or any violation (suspected violation) of the confidentiality of their account access. For security purposes, the User shall be obliged to implement safe logoff from the User account (“Exit” button) at the end of each work session with the services of the Site. The Site Administration is not responsible for possible loss or corruption of data, as well as other effects of any nature that may be due to the User's violation of the provisions of this part of the Agreement

The User confirms being familiar with all the terms of this Agreement and accepts them unconditionally.
